I have a couple of forms that all use pre-fill and it's working great! But, apparently I'm dumb because I created a new form, tried setting up the pre-fill, and I can't get it to work...
I'm trying to pass:
https://form.jotform.com/241553505846055?&Center=Ocoee
I don't think it matters for this because {{ center }} is my field id, but I am ultimately passing completions to make.com where the field is coming through as {{ q27_center }}. I've tried both though to no avail... the center field just won't pre-populate. What am I missing?

Hi alearned,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi alearned,
I cloned your form and tried prepopulating form fields via URL Parameters, and it works. Let me show you how:
- Use this link to generate the Form URL.
- Select a Form you would like to populate.
- Fill in the fields.
- Generate a URL.
If you only want to prepopulate the Center field, remove the ampersand symbol. Your link should look like this: https://form.jotform.com/241553505846055?center=Ocoee. Please ensure to use a lowercase 'c' to match the field name, so it should be center=value.
I also cleared your forms cache. Check my screencast below:Please note, we have two methods to prefill form fields via URL: the old method, which involves a manual process, and our newest method, which is done in the form builder.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
