How to Complete a Form and Sent it to Another Person to Sign?

I have created a form for the purpose of giving employees constructive feedback. I need to complete the form, then send it to them to be signed. Every form submission doesn't have to be signed, but we need the ability to do so.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can manually prefill the form and then email it to your employee so they can sign and submit it. You can also decide whether to allow the employee to edit the prefilled data or keep it read-only. Let me walk you through it:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
• Click on Prefill on the left side of the screen.
• Select Manual Prefill. 

• Click on the Add a New Prefill button. Fill in all the fields you wish to prepopulate.
• Once done, click Send Invitation and type the email address of the employee. 
• You can choose whether to allow the employee to edit the prefilled data or make it read-only.
