Trying to connect Stripe as payment gateway

    I am trying to use my Stripe account. I already have Microsoft authenticator but it keeps asking me to set up a new one or use google authenticator. How do I use my current Microsoft authenticator to continue to set up Stripe as my payment gateway?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. Do you mean when you are trying to log in your Stripe account, it's asking you to set up another authenticator? Can you try to connect your form to Stripe on a different device and see if it resolves the issue? If you can also take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

    I needed to add Stripe to my Microsoft authenticator account to connect things, otherwise it kept asking me to set up an authenticator.
