Hello,
I got a notification that our forms and submissions have reached the limit allotted, so I went and deleted some of our submissions but it is still stating that it is full.
Can you please help me with this?

Hi Heather,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Jotform Tables and saw that there are still entries in your Trashed Entries. You need to purge them in order to completely free up your upload space. Here's how to do that:
- On your My Forms page, select the form and click on Submissions in the upper part of the page to get to Jotform Tables.
- In Jotform Tables, click on the three vertical dots on the main tab, and select Trashed Entries.
- In the Trashed Entries pane, tick Select All, and click on Delete Forever.
- Select Delete.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
- On your My Forms page, select the form and click on Submissions in the upper part of the page to get to Jotform Tables.

Hi Heather,
I checked your account and tried recalculating your upload space, and it seems that there are still a lot of submissions and uploaded files in your forms. If you still need most of them, you can download them first and then permanently delete them to free up some space.
Keep in mind that you will have to permanently delete them from your Trashed Entries. You can refer to my colleague's visuals above to see how to do that, or you can check out this guide.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
