One of my field users is using their mobile phone to access and upload items to a form. They are using the mobile website, and most of their uploaded pictures work fine, but random ones will fail to upload. The error that they get just says "File upload failed please remove it and upload the file again." This happens when there is just 1 picture being uploaded, or a batch of them. I have attached a few screenshots of those errors. So far, I have tried clearing out the cache for the browser on that users phone, but that made no change, the errors still randomly pop-up. I also don't believe it is related to the size of the pictures, as there have been successful uploads that are larger in size in the same batch. Would you have any additional steps we could try to resolve this issue?

Hi Chadd Trautvetter,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It would be best that you log in to your account and share the form so that we can test it. Most of the time ,uploading files will fail due to an internet connection. If the internet connection was interrupted while uploading a file, there's a possibility that you will get an error. Based on your screenshot, you are connected to cellular data and the signal is not good. Please try to connect to a different network like a WiFi connection to see if the file will upload.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
