Captcha after submitting the form

    someone just told me they couldnt get the results from my quiz because they were presented withthis very strange captcha. How do I switch it off?

    Hi MarléneRose, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If a Captcha is appearing on form submission, our anti-spam system is probably triggering it. This happens, when our systems detects that multiple submissions are being sent from a specific IP Address in a short period of time. So to decrease the Spam submissions to your form, a captcha is used.

    To fix this, you can advise them to wait for around 10–20 minutes before submitting the form again. You can also advise them to try refreshing their internet connection, or use a different IP Address and submit your form again. But since you're on a paid plan, I have also whitelisted your account to remove the captcha when submitting the form.
