New Tab not being saved

    Hello,

In my form: Sign-up for the Bear 399 newsletter

When I add a link to a URL under Newsletter Archive, I want that all of those links to be displayed in a "New Tab". I add the URL info, choose "New Tab" but it defaults to "Same Window" after saving.

    Why?

    Thanks,

    Craig

    Hi Craig,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've copied your form to test it, and I was able to replicate the issue. Then I realized that deleting the links and titles and hyperlinking them again solves the issue. You can check out this Cloned Form to see the results. Here's how to delete and add a hyperlink to your paragraph field:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Pen icon on the right side of your Paragraph Element (Newsletter)
    2. Now, click on each line and delete it, keep in mind that these action will delete your hyperlink in the text.
    3. Next, re-enter the newsletter you want to add to your form, then, click on the Link icon at the top of your paragraph field.
    4. In the pop-up window that opens, enter the related link to the URL section, then, click on Ok.
