Hello,
We have installed Jotform in a Salesforce Sandbox environment for development and testing. How do we deploy Jotform, the created form INCLUDING the Salesforce integration settings to our Salesforce Production environment?
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,
You can deploy your Salesforce sandbox to your Salesforce Production environment. For a detailed guide on how to do this, you can visit the Salesforce help guide here.
You can also obtain the form URL of your Salesforce form from the sandbox and then import that form to your Salesforce production by cloning the form URL. However, you'll need to redo the integration on the Salesforce production since they're different environments.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello Joseph (and Jotform Support team),
The Salesforce Help link was for using Change Sets. I am familiar with this process and we used this for our Salesforce deployment.
My issue is with Jotform deployment to Production. I installed Jotform in Production and logged in using my current account. Our form and all Jotform settings were accessible. However, we would like the form to sync with the Salesforce Production instance. (i.e., when we submitted test forms, they synced with the Sandbox)
Please advise how we can update the Salesforce integration to sync with our Production instance. We do not want to redo the integration manually.
Thank you,
Jim

Hi Jim,
When you install Jotform's app on your Salesforce account, a Salesforce button will appear on your forms, allowing you to automate the creation or updating of records in Salesforce. To do this, you can follow the instructions below:
1. In your Salesforce account, click on the 9-dots icon or the app launcher.
2. Then search for Jotform.
3. And click on Jotform in the search results.
4. Choose a form and click on Go to Integration.
5. Once you are in the Salesforce integration settings, you can either create a record or update an existing record and click save once finished.
If this is not the exact answer you are looking for, please tell us more details about your concern and send us a screenshot of it. Here's a guide on how to post a screenshot on a support forum.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your response, Aires.
I am very familiar with the Salesforce integration steps. We did this in the Salesforce Sandbox and tested our application successfully.
Please advise how we can update the Salesforce integration to sync with our Production instance. We do not want to redo the integration we already completed in the Sandbox.

Hello Jim,
I was unable to find the Product Instance in Salesforce. Could you please help us locate it so that we can assist you if integration is possible?
As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Mary,
The domain for our Production instance is , and the domain for our Sandbox is .
We did all the testing in the Sandbox. Now we have installed Jotforms in Production.
We logged into our Jotforms account under we were able to access our form. However, the Salesforce integration does not sync with our Production instance - it syncs with the Sandbox.
We do not want to redo the integration in Production, if possible.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,
Keep in mind that the current forms' original integration connection is still intact, even after installing the app on a sandbox account and moving it to a production account. To fix this, you need to remove your existing integration to your form and re-integrate into your production organization. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Integrations, on the left side.
- Next, find and select the Salesforce integration.
- Click Remove Integration.
- Finally, confirm that you'd like to remove the integration by clicking Yes, Delete.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Please confirm that we will have to delete the integration and redo the integration (field by field) from the beginning for the transition to Production.

Hi Jim,
As previously stated by Aries, in order for the integration to work properly, we really are asking you to redo the entire integration itself since they are completely different environments. As for the main function that we provide with sales force are:
- Add new company leads
- Add new contacts
- Add new accounts
- Connect any custom object
I did find some helpful in sights here on how to deploy change sets from sandbox to production.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
