Account is suspended

    Hello -- My app is disabled. I can probably think of a few reasons:

    First, I am not logged onto my corporate account, which is info@theharvestdoctor.com

    Second, I am adding links to the forms, which the system is flagging as "fishing".

    If these are the reasons, could you please point me into the right direction as to how I can reactivate my account, please?
