Subscription: Turning off auto renewal of the subscription

How do I turn off auto renew? I know I want to use the program for a few months; but I DONT want it to automatically renew.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your Jotform subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription, or you downgrade to a Starter plan. So, if you intend to discontinue with your subscription, you can downgrade your account so you will not be charged with the subscription on the next month. I checked your account on my end, and it seems that you have a Bronze Yearly Plan. You may cancel your subscription to avoid getting charged after it expires while availing your current plan.

To clarify, if I go in and cancel it in a week or so, I will still have access for the year I paid; but it won't auto renew. Is that correct?

That is correct. You can still enjoy your subscription perks until 2025-06-13. Once your subscription expires, you will be downgraded to a Starter Plan. We also have a guide on How to Cancel Your Subscription.
