Microsoft Automate : Invalid connection

    The connector says its missing the SDK connection to connect Power Automate to Microsoft Automate. Can you help me with this?

    Hi Sabina,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that the error is related to Microsoft Power Automate's new designer feature. Could you try turning off the New Designer option? Let me show you how:

    1. Open your flow on Microsoft Power Automate.
    2. On the top right side of the page, toggle the New designer option to off.

    Can you turn this off and try to integrate again? If you still run into the same issue, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Hi Mary,
    I have the same problem.

    I try on Power Automate mobile, Desktop and pro design... And I can't connect to Jotform. It only show Loading

    The issue began last week

    Hi Sabina,

    I see that you are having an issue with the loading screen freezing up after trying to integrate Power Automate into your form. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies before re-accessing the link. You can also try a different browser or device to see if that solves the issue. If you still experience the same issue, please share the screenshot of the Console report while the authentication window is active. You can press the short key F12 to open the console logs.
