    Hi Lou Dickinson,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

Please try logging in to your Square account first on the Square website, and then reconnect to your form. It would be ideal if your Square account was logged in the same browser in a different tab. I've also gone ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh the form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

The Form will not connect. It seems to be stuck in some kind of loop. I did open square in a new tab same browser.

    Hi Lou,

When I cloned your form to test the Square integration, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

Square experienced some technical difficulties yesterday, which should be resolved by now. Can you connect your Square account to your form's payment field using a different browser, device, or network/internet connection? If the issue persists, can you clone your form and connect the same Square account to that form's payment field? Click here to see how to clone the form.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
