Notification Email: Quiz responses are sent instead of the results after submission

 the quiz responses are being sent instead of the results or recommendations. How do i send the recommendations which are the last results they see at the end. That should be sent to their email after submission. please see recommendation screenshot below which is not sent instead the question responses are. UI would think people want to see what the recommendations are instead so they can practice it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it seems that you have multiple quiz forms created. Can you share with us the form URL so we can check it on our end? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Quick Share in the menu on the left side of the page and tap Copy Link to copy the form URL.

Once we have the form URL, we can be able to test the form and check what seems to be the issue with it.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

They all are doing the same thing so it does not matter which url. Once you do it for one, we will be able to know what to do for all. Thank you.

Thanks for patiently waiting. You can send the recommendation to the form filler after the submission when you set each Notification Email according to the quiz result and create a Conditional Logic using Change E-mail Recipient.

First, you must create a Notification Email, remove the content, and add the recommendation. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
2. On the left side menu select Emails, click +Add Email, and select Notification Email.
3. Delete the Existing Email Content and add your Recommendation.

Since you have almost 15 conditions with different recommendations you will need to create a Notification Email on each condition.

After creating a Notification Email, you will need to create a Conditional Logic using Change Email Recipient to trigger the sending of the recommendations depending on the result of the quiz.

Here's the screenshot of the sample conditions:

Let me show you how to create a condition:

1. Go to Settings on the orange navigation bar.
2. On the left side menu, select Conditions.
3. Then click the +Add Condition button and select Change E-Mail Recipient.
4. Set up the condition above and click Save.

You can set up your conditions like how you set up the existing conditions in your form, you will need to change the Condition Type from Change Thank You Page to Change E-mail Recipient.

Check out the screenshot of the result when the conditions are met, the Default Thank You Page will go back after the submission.
