    Hi Tim,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Note that Jotform's subscriptions are recurring and they will automatically renew and charge you on the same date as the original purchase unless you cancel. Since the last payment was made within our 30 days money back-guarantee, we have canceled the subscription immediately and issued a refund. The refund will be credited to your account within 5 - 7 business working days.

    Hello Tim,

    Upon checking, it shows that your account has been downgraded to our Starter Plan (Free). Your recent Bronze subscription has been canceled and refunded last 06/14/2024. You may check your current plan in the Billing page under the account settings.
