Mobile App: fill out prefilled forms, then save and continue later offline

A dispatcher WhatsApp's a prepopulated JotForm link to a technician. I need this prepopulated JotForm link to become a prepopulated JotForm in the technician's JotForm inbox...

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you saying that you need to save the prepopulated form in someone's inbox so they can fill it out later? Unfortunetly, it is not possible to save the prepopulated form as the prepopulated forms are only saved in our system and can only be accessed through the prefilled link. As a workaround, you can send the form link directly to the technician's inbox. If this is what you are not referring to can you please explain your flow in a bit more detail so we can help you with a proper solution?

How do I send a prefilled link to his inbox? Is this the Jotform or other mail client inbox (like Outlook) you are referring to?

Hi Jaco,

You can invite them directly from the Prefill link you have created. Let me show you how:

1. Click on the three dots next to the Prefill link.
2. Select Send Invitation in the dropdown.
3. Enter the email address and message.
4. Click on Send.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

My prefilled linked is generated by google sheets and then shortened with tinyurl that looks like this -

When they open the link it opens a jotform on the web (using chrome)....but it does not allow them to save offline such as when one is in the jotform mobile app....I need this to be possible...

The only solution would be to use the Jotform Mobile App which allows saving a submission draft offline, but unfortunately, the functionality to fill out prefilled forms in the mobile app is not yet available. So, I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
