Dispatching with jotforms

I made a form for each of my drivers they are identical. I have a list of Google maps links I need to send to them. I only need to send about 7 links to each driver a day. Ideally I'd like to have a dispatch form that when I choose from where to go it prefills or is sent to the form the driver will be filling out all day, any suggestions?

The driver forms are for load tickets, they fill one out each load. But I'd like to be able create a simple method to post their next load (Google maps link). So if they need directions they can just click it

Ideally something like this. We have a route and I uploaded the names in the drop downs. My dispatcher just has to click and go. But I don't have an easy way to get it to the drivers who are using their forms. I want the first page of the drivers form to be a view only and they can just see where they are supposed to go. Then fill out form when job is done

    Hi KYLE,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can clone this form. Cloning your forms using a form URL is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

    2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form

    3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage

    4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

After cloning your form, it will open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
