Subheading text is not showing in the form

I updated my heading in the builder. I can see the words the way I input them up until I preview the form or go to the link.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. We just need to change the theme of your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the screen to open the Form Designer.
2. Click on the Themes tab.
3. Hover your mouse over the available themes and click on the Use Theme button if you want to apply it to your form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
