I have a reoccurring issue that some of my customers report the payment button not being available when they go to checkout

    Hi Adal,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share us the form URL so that we can check for you?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hi Adal,

I've tested your form and can see the Payment Button when I click on the PayPal Check out button. Check out my screencast below to see my results:

Were you able to replicate the issue that your customers are seeing? If so, please share a screenshot of it for us to see the issue from your perspective. You can also create a short screen recording, upload it to Google Drive and then share the link here so we can view it.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Yes, I have personally not had the issue when I test the form, but I have had multiple customers report the same issue, and it only happens sometimes, randomly, the same customer will have no issue one day and the next they can’t pay. The issue is essentially the block that says payment is there just with no payment option available to select.

    Hi Adal,

Can you try removing the integration and add it again to see if it resolves the issue? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Trash can icon to delete the Product List.
    2. Select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner to open Form Elements.
    3. In the Form Elements pane on the left, go to Payments at the top.
    4. Drag and drop Venmo in your form.
    5. Then, click Connect and connect/authenticate your PayPal account.

    Hi Adal,

The products and information on the product list will be automatically restored. If you watch my screencast, you will notice that I removed the products and that they were created automatically after I selected Venmo.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
