My form is disabled its currently in use in job fair event, error suspected as phising site

Hi Alif,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Employment Application that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

If You delete the form, May I keep the QR code / link or form number ? because we already print the qr code in large quantities
and how to change the email if my account is suspended and cant log in, I'm using google to log in -

Hello Alif,
Please note that once your form is deleted, automatically all connected submissions on that form will also be deleted. You will be able to change the Primary email address linked to your Jotform account once we have deleted the offending form and reinstated the Jotform account. Let me show you how to update your email address:
- Go to your Account Profile page.
- Access your account profile by clicking on your Avatar and selecting Settings. From there, navigate to the Account tab.
- To change the email, click on Edit.
- Enter the new email address then save the changes made by clicking on the Save button.|
