Approval Flow: Status is displaying error on PDF.

    Hi There,

    Some of my employees are experiencing an Error message in their approval status when completing a form.

    Usually, if a required field is not entered it will not allow the form to be submitted.

    Why is this Error message appearing?

    Hi selectability,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form on my end, and it appears that the PDF is looking good. Can you try changing the approval email address from my colleague's to your own? If you don't want to use the Approval Flow attached to your form, you can simply delete it. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Under the Approval Flows tab on the left side of the page, hover your mouse over the Approval Flow and click on the Gear icon.
    3. Click on the Trash Can icon and in the pop up that comes up, click on Confirm to delete the Approval Flow. That’s it.
