Mapped submissions From One Jotform Tables to Another

CAN THE 1202 TABLE FROM THE FIRST FORM BE SENT TO THE 1202 TABLE IN THE SECOND FORM? I WANT TO BE ABLE TO SUBMIT IT ON THE FIRST FORM AND IT AUTOPOPULATE TO THE SECOND FORM. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEND A "TO DO LIST" THAT HAS PREFILLED DATA IN IT. THE "TO DO LIST" NEEDS TO HAVE OPTIONS FOR THE SENDER TO SELECT EASILY AND SEND TO THE RECEIVER. THANK YOU!!!

I found a feature that will map the submissions from the source form to the second Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. Go to the Jotform Tables of the second form then click the +Add Tab.

2. Select Table then click Next.

4. Select Connect to Form then click Next.

5. Select the form first form where you are pulling the submission from then, click Next.

6. Select the preferred field that you want to map on the second Jotform Table, then click on the Create button.

You will then have the ability to view the submissions of the First Form to the Second Form Jotform Tables. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

COULD MY ANSWERS FROM THE FIRST FORMS 1202 TABLE BE PREFILLED ON THE SECOND FORMS 1202 TABLE (PREFILLED INTO THE TABLE SO WHEN YOU OPEN THE APP THE TABLE ON THE FORM IS PREFILLED)?

Please note that the instructions shown above won't prefill column 1202 of Form 2 Jotform Tables, instead, it will create a separate tab in Form 2 Jotform Tables. That tab is the Jotform Tables of Form 1. We just connected the Jotform Tables of Form 1 to the Jotform Tables of Form 2.

But if you want to prefill Field 1202 of Form 2 with the source field 1202 from Form 1, the workaround provided by my colleague in this link is the better option this time. Also, could you please specify which App you are referring to? Are you referring to the Jotform Tables within the Jotform Mobile App? Unfortunately, the Jotform Tables are not available on the Jotform Mobile Application, the submissions in the app are accessed through the Jotform Inbox.
