Upload spacing still full after deleting submissions

Our upload space is cleared and still showing it;s full. Can you please clear it so we can use it again?

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. As I checked, the deleted submissions are still in your Trash. Keep in mind that unless the deleted submissions are purged, they will still count to your usage.

It's easy to purge Trashed Entries, let me show you how:

1. Open the main tab’s menu in the upper-left corner.
2. Select Trashed entries.
3. In the Trash panel, choose the entries to delete, then select Delete Forever.
4. Select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
