Hello, when trying to place an order i get a blank screen. The first page goes well and i can add shipping info (contact info).
Then i select the proceed to payment button i get a blank page with 'payment information' at the top of the screen.
I have attached photos.

Hi Alana,
Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. The Payment Error "Order ID is missing" appears when the PayPal integration isn't successfully connected. I checked your App, however, and see that it's connected now.
Can you try it again and see how it goes? I've also cleared your form cache as a precaution. If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Hello Alana,
I understand that the issue persists, can you try to reintegrate your PayPal Business account by disconnecting and connecting it back? Let me show you how:
1. Click the Green card button on the right side of your screen that's labeled "Store Properties".
2. Click the Gear icon next to the PayPal Business.
3. To remove the integration, click the dropdown arrow next to the Connected button and select Disconnect.
Let me show you how to integrate with payment gateways:
- In the App Builder, select your Product List element and click on the Credit Card icon.
- In the menu that appears on the right side of the screen, click on Add Payment Integration and select a payment gateway.
- Then, click on the Connect button. After connecting it, click on Save
