Form link when shared in MS Teams is displaying name of previous page title

I cloned my form and have changed the page title.

but when I share link through MS teams it is showing the title of the original form.

I went ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh your form, could you try checking again? If the issue persists, could you share which platform are you trying to share your form?

have checked and its now displaying the correct name.

We're glad that the thumbnail now shows the correct Form Title. In case the issue happens again in the future, you can clear your form cache as basic trouble troubleshooting. Let me show you how it's done:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.

2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
