You have not reached your quota of signed documents error

My form is mainly used to obtain written consent from an unspecified number of people.

I heard that the gold grade I paid for allows up to 1,000 signatures per month.

After downloading the signed documents, I completely discard them in jotform.

    I currently have 573 signatures.

However, the sign-in sheet says, “You have not reached your quota of signed documents!” It says

I'm sorry, but this problem needs to be resolved quickly. No real-time work is taking place right now.

    Please reply to my email.

    Hi Aiobio,

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. You are correct, the sign documents limit for the Gold plan is 1,000 per month. I see you currently have 1,002 which is our system prompts the over quota message. Keep in mind that the Sign Document limit not only counts the signed document, but also the signatures on your form that has Jotform Sign automation enabled. If you want to only use Jotform Sign on your Sign Documents, you can disable the automation on your forms. Let me walk you through it:

    • In Form Builder, click on Settings.
    • Select JForm Signature in the sidebar.
    • Look for Enable Jotform Signature Automation and toggle it Off.You have not reached your quota of signed documents error Image 1 Screenshot 20

That's basically it. As your current Sign Document usage, you can either upgrade to Enterprise plan or wait for the monthly reset to happen on July 1st, 2024.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
