    Hi

Was wondering if I can create a gmail account so that when students submit their selections the notifications will go that gmail account and not into my work email

    Hello Jeff,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can create a separate email address and use it in your notification emails so that the submissions from your forms will be received using the extra email. It is very easy to change the recipients on your notification email. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email

    4. Select Notification Email.
    5. Click on the Recipients tab.
    6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.

Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time someone fills out your form. We also have a guide here that you can check to learn more about this.

Give it a try and reach out again if you need any help.
