Unable to connect Stripe to my form

    After selecting Stripe as a form element and clicking the connect button, the button does not move on from loading.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I made a test on a cloned form but could not replicate the issue, I was able to connect our Stripe test account to the form:

    Could you try using a different browser, or use incognito mode then try connecting your form to Stripe again?

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
