Not getting email notifications of new forms

    Hi there,

    As of late, we are not getting email notifications from when one of our Premium Lessons May 2024 get submitted. We received a few warnings that this form was on your "bounce list" and selected that our email address was good.


    Also, for our Classroom only form, we never were able to get any email notifications that a form was submitted. We watched the videos and read articles on how to resolve this but no luck.

    Hi archers, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The email logs shows that email notifications are successfully sent to you for both forms. Try the following:

    Change the Sender Email of your email notifications to noreply@formresponse.com.

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings.
    2. Select Emails, hover on the Notification Email and click on its Pencil icon.
    3. Go to the Advanced tab, change the Sender Email to noreply@formresponse.com.
    4. Click on the Save button to keep the changes made.

    Then add noreply@formresponse.com and noreply@jotform.com to your contact list. And add Jotform domain and IP addresses to your whitelist, you can find the list here.
