Hi! I
am supporting a non-profit organization that is looking for a survey tool solution. Can you tell me 1) if Jotform has a built in automation to re-send to users who have a discrete link that hasn't been used? i.e., we do not want to know who HAS filled out the survey, we just want the people who have not to receive an automatic reminder. 2) If you do offer such a service at what price point is that feature available?
Many thanks,
Sarah-Jane -

Hi Sarah-Jane,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We do have a feature to send out Reminder Emails but you would have to manually enter their email addresses. It is not automatic because when you share your form, Jotform has no basis on whom you sent the form to.
As a workaround, even though they won't get a reminder email, they can Save and Continue Later when answering the form and they will then receive an email with the draft link. If that would work for you, here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Scroll down a bit and you'll see the Save and Continue Later option. Just Enable it and that's it.
3. You can also customize the email that gets sent out by clicking on the blue text just below it.
Here's a sample result:
After they click on Save, they can then get the Draft Link. They will also receive it in email as shown below:
