Tables: How to download only some of the fields of the submissions?

Is there a way to choose the data you want to download from the inbox? Like if you only want certain info?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can do it from the inbox, but that would mean that you will need to set up a new PDF every time you select which information you want downloaded. The easier way of achieving what you are trying to do is to download it from the Submission Table. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, select the form, and click on Submissions from the navigation bar.
2. Then, click on the Columns button in the right corner of the page, and uncheck the information that you do not want to show in the downloaded document.
3. Next, click on the Download button, and select the file type you want the submissions to be downloaded.
4. After downloading, you can check the columns that you uncheck before.
