Pictures wont load

I'm having issues adding to my app. The pics either won't load or are very slow to load. Just want to make sure it's not an issue with Jotform before I contact my internet provider. Please let me know.

Thanks for your patience. So I can get a better idea of what's happening, It would help us to understand what’s going on and find a solution if you could take a moment to answer the questions below:

1. Can you tell us which part of the mobile app was slow/laggy?
2. What were you doing or hoping to do in the app when these glitches happened?
3. When you said slow, can you explain which feature/option didn't work like it should have, and what happened when you tried to use it?
4. Can you update your Jotform app to the current version and let us know if you still have the same problem?

Also, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to understand better what’s going on and find a solution. We have a guide about how to do that here.  

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
