I'm having issues adding to my app. The pics either won't load or are very slow to load. Just want to make sure it's not an issue with Jotform before I contact my internet provider. Please let me know.

Thanks for your patience. So I can get a better idea of what's happening, It would help us to understand what’s going on and find a solution if you could take a moment to answer the questions below:
- Can you tell us which part of the mobile app was slow/laggy?
- What were you doing or hoping to do in the app when these glitches happened?
- When you said slow, can you explain which feature/option didn't work like it should have, and what happened when you tried to use it?
- Can you update your Jotform app to the current version and let us know if you still have the same problem?
Also, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to understand better what’s going on and find a solution. We have a guide about how to do that here.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
