Hi Katie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can try to remove the existing Autoresponder Email and then add them back. You can also delete the table from Autoresponder email content, and customize it again. Let me show you how you delete the content in Autoresponder Email:
- Open your form in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Emails.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email, and click on the Pencil icon.
- Under Email Content, select the table, and then click on the Trash icon in the Menu bar, located below the table.
- Customize the table again without borderlines.

Hi, there,
I still want the info to appear in a grid format but without the lines shown. Here's how things looked prior to today:

Hi Katie,
Where do you see the gridlines shown on the screenshot you sent? I checked the screenshot and those gridlines are the guides on the email editor of each email notification on your form, but they will not show up on the email itself. You can definitely remove those gridlines one by one on the email editor itself. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email, then click on the Pencil icon.
- Click on the Full Screen button, then delete the grid cells one by one.

the grid lines started to appear (this is the email recipients’s view —
*not* the editor’s view). See two more screenshots below of before and
after:

Recipient’s view — without grid lines (how I would like it to be and how it
was before they started appearing today):

Hi Katie,
Is the issue happening to all the Autoresponder emails that were sent? I cloned your form, but I can't seem to replicate the issue. There's no grid lines on the email I received. Check this out:
If it happened to a particular recipient only, may we know which Autoresponder email setup in your form he/she received, so we can further inspect what's causing it? It may have something to do with the email client they're viewing the email, so you can also suggest them to check with another email client and see if it'll help.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Still has the visible editing grid lines and now’s there’s a large amount
of space between the header image and the table:

Hi Katie,
I didn't notice that there was a hidden email fields with default value, but where the emails you receive still shows the grid lines? As for the issue with the spaces, I'm not getting that as well though, as you can see on the image I posted above.
Also, since the test submission was made from form (clone version), could you make a submission directly to your form? To see if the issue resides there as well, then send us a screenshot of it so we can further inspect what's happening. We have a guide about that here.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
