    Hi Denis,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, this is possible. You can add an Autoresponder on your form and once the user enters their email address on an Email field, the form will automatically send an email with the message that you want to that email account. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. Click on
    Add an Email.
    4. Select
    Autoresponder Email.
    5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

I see how the autoresponder works for the intitial submitted form.

I also see a setting that says send an email if form was changed. What constitutes a change in the submitted form to trigger a additional autoresponse?

Also this is the flow we desire:
    1. Form is submitted
    2. Approver gets email and can then assign to a teammember
    3. Teammember recieves and performs work

Should this be done through the "Approval Process" or is there another way?

    Hi Denis,

It seems you are referring to the Advanced settings of the Autoresponder. Take a look at the screenshot below:

If you enable that setting, An autoresponder will be triggered when the submission data is edited under Tables. Let me show you how and Check out the screencast below:

    1. Log in to your account, go to All Forms, select the form you want to edit submission, and click Submissions.
    2. The table will open, select the submission you would like to edit.
    3. At the upper right, click the 3 dot icon after the delete button.
    4. On the menu, select Edit Entry.
    5. The form will open with the submission data on it. You can edit any fields on the form.
    6. Once you click submit, an autoresponder will be sent.

Another scenario is if the form settings are set to Submit & Edit Later. Let me show you how and Check out the screenshot below:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    2. Across Share with Link, click on Settings.
