This error message is appearing when employees are registering to access the enrollment form.
However, when I try to grand access nothing is happening. I click on the link to grant access and then have to log in again and there is nothing allowing me to provide access to the request.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked all the forms in your account, and everything seems to work. It's all set to public. Usually, you will get that error message when the form is set to private or Company access. Can you share the form link that your employees trying to access and getting this error message?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
