Help with granting access

    Employees are trying to access the benefits enrollment form and following their registration, some are getting an error message stating they need permission to access the form. When I receive the email to grant permission and click on it to grant the access, I have to re-log in and there is nothing stating access is granted. Nor is there anything within my view to see requests for access or permissions. What do I do?

    Hi Christin,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. How is the form shared to the employees? Can you confirm how are the employees opening the form link? Are they opening it through an invitation sent to them by email? Are they opening a draft of the saved submission?

    I checked the form, and it is in public status, and it should be accessible to your employees who have the form link. . Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
