Why did I reach my account limit?

    I have a silver plan. What is going on??????

    Hi dregsofwisdom,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I see that your Silver plan gives you 2,500 regular monthly submissions. However, you are the overquota status because of reaching the monthly Signed Documents limit which is 250 for the Silver plan.

    Since you enable the Jotform Sign automation on your form, the entries are counted as Signed Documents. You can disable the Jotform Sign automation so your submissions are counted as regular submissions. However, that will remove the legality of the documents. If that works for you, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the top of the page.
    2. Click on Jotform Sign on the left.
    3. Toggle off the button.
