How can I collect multiple signatures on the same form?

Hello. We want to set up a form where a person signs electronically and then goes to an Authorize.net payment form. After successful authorization/payment, the form should go to the second person for signing.

Is this flow possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For forms that require multiple signatures, a way to achieve this is by adding a Get Form Page URL Widget to your form and adding a condition on it.

To add the Get Form Page URL widget to your form in the Form Builder, follow these steps:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements.
2. Under Widgets, search for Get Form Page URL. Drag and drop the widget to your form to add it.

Now, let's create a condition where If the Get Page URL contains edit, the hidden field will show.

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
2. Click on Conditions on the left, and select Show/Hide Field.

Set the conditions as shown below:

You will need to disable the Jotform Sign Automation, as this will prevent the form from being edited if it is enabled.

1. In Form Builder, click on the Signature field.
2. Click on the Sign icon, and toggle off Jotform Sign Automation.

Create a Notification Email for the second signer, notifying them to complete/fill out the document and include an Edit Link.
