Hello. We want to set up a form where a person signs electronically and then goes to an Authorize.net payment form. After successful authorization/payment, the form should go to the second person for signing.
Is this flow possible?
Can we do an authorization capture instead of a charge?Thank you.

Hi Emily,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For forms that require multiple signatures, a way to achieve this is by adding a Get Form Page URL Widget to your form and adding a condition on it.
To add the Get Form Page URL widget to your form in the Form Builder, follow these steps:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements.
- Under Widgets, search for Get Form Page URL. Drag and drop the widget to your form to add it.
Now, let's create a condition where If the Get Page URL contains edit, the hidden field will show.
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
- Click on Conditions on the left, and select Show/Hide Field.
Set the conditions as shown below:
You will need to disable the Jotform Sign Automation, as this will prevent the form from being edited if it is enabled.
- In Form Builder, click on the Signature field.
- Click on the Sign icon, and toggle off Jotform Sign Automation.
Create a Notification Email for the second signer, notifying them to complete/fill out the document and include an Edit Link.
Here's my result:
Here's my demo form. You can clone it to test or inspect.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread to avoid confusion. You can check that out here.
Give it a try, and let us know if you need more help.
