    Hi 1sixty8,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When using the Google Drive Integration with Jotform, the default behavior is to create a folder in the root directory of your Google Drive account. However, you can choose a destination folder or an existing folder within your Google Drive where you want the form submissions to be saved. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Click Integrations on the left, and select Google Drive.

    4. Click Save to apply the changes.

I understand this but I have multiple forms that all need to go to the same folder and this folder is a subfolder. How do I do that?

    Hi 1sixty8,

Unfortunately, during the integration between Jotform and the Google Drive, you can't select a specific sub-folder from your Google Drive account. You can only enter the Folder's name where the submission will be stored. But, you can't add the sub-folder's name, it's not possible. If you like to send files and the data to the specific place, then you can try Zapier. It offers moving individual files in Google Drive.

Let us know if you need any other help.
