Hi, I am a paying jotform customer and I am having issues with the Docusign widget. Every other week the forms need to be re-authenticated or it will show an error when the form tries to connect to Docusign. I checked on the forums and there are other customers having this issue as well. I will appreciate your diligence as it's an urgent matter.

Please provide us with the name/link of at least one affected form that used to work properly with the Docusign.
We will need to escalate a bug report to our developers.
