How to make tax exempt purchase?

Hello, a few days ago I inquired about our Tax id. How can we make a payment using the tax id?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can make the purchase of the subscription. And if you are tax exempt. We can refund the tax after you made the purchase. But, you need to provide us the Tax exempt document for us to process the refund for you.

I checked our system, and I can see that the email address that you are using to contact us is under a guest account, which is a temporary account. Can you provide us with the email address of the account that you applied for as a tax-exempt? I've set this thread to private, so only you and Jotform Support have access to this thread.

Also, did Marie provide the tax document by sending it to a thread like this one? if so, can you provide us with the link to the thread where she provided your tax document, so we can check it?

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
