How can I get my account unsuspended

    Hello Jotform.

    I recently sent all information that was asked in order to aid in the unsuspension of my account to reviewers@jotform.com. I was wondering if you could give me a timeframe of when I should be expecting a reply?

    Hi Jerry,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address and found out that it is only a Form-User account type. If you're referring to a different account that was suspended, can you provide us with the email address or username of that account so we can forward this to our relevant team for a follow-up?

    The account I'm talking about that got unsuspended is under the address: jerrytawendi@gmail.com. It got suspended under the assumption of phishing. I was hoping this issue could be resolved as I'm not phishing.

    Hi Jerry,

    I checked your account, and it appears that your form Super PE Online Login was flagged as offering fake services. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread#15896343 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.

    In the meantime, let us know if you need any other help.
