Our client wants to be able to display which manager approved the request form on the return email to the requestor. Is it possible to do this, especially if there are multiple people that can approve the request?

Hi GatehouseGV,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi GatehouseGV,
You can add a comment to the Approval field so that the person who will approve the submission can enter their name in it. With that, you can modify the notification email the requestors will receive by adding the comment field in the email body, to indicate the names who approved or denied the submission. Let me show you how:
- In Approvals, go to your Approval field and click on the Gear icon.
- Go to the Advanced tab and enable Require Comments.
- Next, go to one of your Email fields and click on the Envelope icon.
- Update the Email Content to match the message you want to relay, together with the names of the approvers.
- Once done, click on + Approval Fields and choose Approval Comment, then connect it to the email body.
- Finally, click on Save.
Here's how the form's Inbox will look like if all the approvers have sent in their responses and comments:
And here's a sample email the requestor will receive once the request has been completed:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
