This was an automatic charge but we haven't used Jotform in a few years - can we cancel and get a refund?

    Hi disabilityhealth,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your account and found that your Legacy Yearly Silver subscription was auto-renewed on March 24th, 2024. We do offer a 30-day money-back policy, but since your subscription was renewed more than 30 days ago, we won't be able to provide a refund.

However, you can cancel your subscription. But, keep in mind that you will lose your grandfathered plan if you move forward with the cancelation. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on your Avatar/Profile Picture at the top-right of your screen and then click on Settings.

    2. In the Billing tab of the left-side Panel, click on Change Plan.

    3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter Plan.

Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. After canceling your subscription, your account will remain in the Silver plan for the period you paid for until the next billing date. Afterward, your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter plan and no longer be billed.

Let us know if you need any more help.
