How to Send a Notification for Selected Date on Short Notice?

Hi, is there a way to put a flag or other notification on a submitted form that includes dates within a certain time period? I'd like to have our form flagged when someone is requesting dates that are short notice, within a few days from the current date.

Hi Dan,

You can receive an email if the date selected is a few days before the current date. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. Create a notification email you'd like to receive for the short notice.
2. Add two date picker fields in your form and set the other field to the current date. Hide this field by default.
3. Add a form calculation widget and create a calculation for the difference between the two dates. Hide this field by default.
4. Create a condition to send an email if the result of the form calculation widget is less then a specific number of days. In this example, I created a condition to send an email if the date selected is less than 3 days.

Now, you will receive an email if the date selected is only a few days from the current date. Here's my demo form. You can clone it in your account by following this guide. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
