When trying to connect our Square account to a new form I receive this error. The required app isn’t authorized in the Square Dashboard. Please reconnect the form and try again.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form #241644272143047 and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try clearing the browser cache of your current browser and see if that helps? Or, you can also try using a different browser.
Can you also take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
