Approvals: Option to include the timestamp of the approval when downloading the submission as Excel

When downloading all of our approvals into an excel sheet, we would like a way to see the time stamp of when they were approved. Is there a way to add this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, the approval time stamp can only be included on the PDF submission. You can do that by accessing the PDF Editor. Check out my example below:

Unfortunately, you will have to add a new column on the submission table and manually input the timestamp of the approval. That way, it will be included when you download the submission data as Excel.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
