Charged for sales tax

Why are we charged sales tax? We are tax-exempt. We have never paid tax until this year. Do we need to reapply for tax exemption?

The relevant team provided an update. The tax exemption was removed when you changed the payment method for paying the subscription. They've enabled the tax exemption to the new payment method so no further actions from your end.

The charged sales tax was also refunded and will be reflected in your bank account or charged payment option after five to seven business days.
