How to add blanks from the Fill In the Blank element?

I don't understand how to use the "fill in the blank" element. How am I actually adding additional blanks to my form? Once I add the element, it tells me to type my text and add appropriate blanks, but how am I actually adding the additional blanks?

And, what is up with the Live Chat, I have never even been able to type a complete sentence before it just disappears from my screen!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, but you can add more blanks by clicking "Add Field" in your Fill in the Blanks section. Please see the screencast below:
