Jotform Account: Change ownership request

    Good morning,

    Our Girl Scouts of Southern IL account, forms.gsofsi.org currently has Nancy Ann Leicht as our account admin. Nancy Ann Leicht, naleicht@gsofsi.org, is no longer employed with our organization and I am the temporary admin for all forms. I absolutely cannot lose any of the forms or responses that had been created, archived, etc... by the former employer's login as they are all pertinent to having a successful customer interaction at our Girl Scout council. We have utilized Jotform for almost all forms at this point and this user created them all under her login. My email is jupchurch@gsofsi.org and I am the COO for the organization. How can we get my credentials updated but not lose all of this history on naleicht@gsofsi.org's account?

    In addition, I will have 4 other users updated in our 5 license agreement. What is the best way to make these updates?

    Hello Jessica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand your request to take over Nancy's Jotform account, but I couldn't find any Jotform accounts with that email address. Do you have a link to a form created under her account so that we can locate it?

    Also, if the account is under a paid plan, could you please provide the following information? 

    • Card type:
    • Last 4 digits:
    • Expiration date:
    • Amount charged:
    • Date of last transaction:

    As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
