Downloaded app is showing Jotform Logo instead of the logo added to the app.

When I added the CEFCLA to my Home Screen, it is still showing the Jotform logo instead of the specific icon that I have designed.

May I know what device have you installed the app that is showing Jotform Logo instead of the logo you created for this specific app? Also, can you share to us a screenshot of your result? We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache, which refreshes your forms and apps. This normally fixes temporary issues. Can you try uninstalling the app then reinstall it? If you encounter the same issue, we will be running a more in-depth investigation on this issue.
